Fishing license required

Arrivals and departures

 

​Fishing spot setup is available from 12:00 PM onwards, after full payment of the stay. Departure must be at the end of the stay by 11:00 AM at the latest. For the cottage, arrival is from 4:00 PM, and departure by 10:00 AM at the latest. The reservation is only confirmed after a 50% deposit is paid. The mandatory 50% deposit for any booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. It will be forfeited if you do not show up or may be transferred to a third party. No refund, postponement, or credit will be given in case of early departure by the angler, for any reason whatsoever.

Rules of courtesy

The quality of life on the site depends on your respect, the tranquility of the place, and your neighbors. Sound and/or light devices must remain discreet. Excessive consumption of alcohol and/or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without refund. Dogs are allowed and must be kept on a leash. Their waste must be picked up (not thrown into the water). The bait boat is allowed while respecting the limits of its area. Swimming is strictly prohibited. To preserve the environment, it is strictly forbidden to cut or uproot the vegetation present on the site. Barbecues are allowed, but no fires on the ground. Cold ashes must be put in a trash bag. The disposal of waste (household garbage and others) is the responsibility of the fishermen. The areas must be kept clean, papers, ashes, and cigarette butts will be collected. Every person using the dry toilets is obliged ...​

Everyone using the dry toilets is required to take the bag with them when they leave.

Circulation and sleeping

 

​Vehicles must be parked in the rented spot and in a way that does not obstruct the movement of other vehicles. Only biwys, brollies, and/or tents in green or brown (sand color is allowed) are permitted.

Fishing rules

​Fishing is practiced as CATCH AND RELEASE; keeping bags are strictly prohibited.
Fish must always be handled with the utmost care and returned to the water as quickly as possible.
All live bait is prohibited.
Photos should be taken while kneeling (unless you specify otherwise, we assume you agree to the sharing and use of the photos on our Facebook and Instagram pages).
It is strictly forbidden to fish a spot from another spot, even if it is free.

Upon arrival, it is mandatory to disinfect weighing bags, receiving mats, basins, and nets in the designated container.

Rigging :

- 4 rods per peg, leaving rods unattended is prohibited (at least 1 angler must be on the peg)

- Nylon leaders and braided leaders allowed (maximum 10 m)

- Only 1 hook per line, single hook without barb or micro barb, maximum size 4

- Braid and lead-core strictly prohibited (except for spod and/or marker rods)

- Braided hooklinks strictly forbidden (coated braid and combi-rigs allowed)

- Fixed rigs are prohibited, the fish must always be able to free itself from the lead.

The management reserves the right to remove one or more rods, day or night, to check the rigs.

Landing net :

- The fish will be taken out of the water with a large landing net and handled on an XXL landing mat or tub, and regularly sprayed with water. They will be returned to the water without delay. Above 20 degrees Celsius, it is advisable to take the photo in the water.

- A specific healing product for carp is required (Betadine is prohibited).

- Boots, waders, or chest waders are essential to safely land the fish.

 

Baiting :

- Groundbaiting can only be done with boilies, cooked seeds, or pellets.

- Peanuts, groundnuts, and live bait are prohibited.

- The use of spod or boilie launcher (cobra) is allowed in moderation.

- The use of slingshots and any air-propelled devices is prohibited.

The management reserves the right to check the cooking of seeds.

 

Liability

 

​Each angler is responsible for any material or bodily damage they may cause to others. They are equally responsible for the actions of the people accompanying them. They must inform them of the rules contained in these internal regulations. Minor anglers remain under the responsibility of their parent or guardian. Accompanying persons are subject to a fee of €5 per night and limited to one companion per spot (excluding children and spouse).

In case of non-compliance with these rules, management reserves the right to immediately expel and/or ban the angler(s) without refund of the stay.
